The block I sent to LouAnne Sassone was actually very drab looking. I had used several mens jacket wools in the piecing and a few hand dyed wools, but it really wasn’t a particularly pretty block.

As you can see, LouAnne did a marvelous job in her embellishing. Most of the embroidery is single strand with really tiny beading plus she’s added a few unusual embellishments. I like the fuzzy yarn and the little charms plus the cigarette silk adds just the right touch.
